PAYMENTS
I will always request payment up-front! I will not work with the risk of payment not being an option further down the line.REGARDING CHECK INS
If I check in with you and send you an update regarding your commission and you do not respond to me within ONE week (7 days), I will be proceeding with the commission without waiting for further communication. I am a human being working on deadlines that all parties involved agreed to upon ordering and accepting the commission.REVISIONS
I will do a total of 5 (FIVE) revisions during the course of a commission, I will periodically check in with you to make sure you are happy with where we are at. Please be honest with me during these check ins!DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Deadlines could vary based on complexity, but I will aim to complete most commissions within at most one month (~31 days) of accepting. This could be much shorter but I have real-world responsibilities, majority of that time will be me inquiring and contacting you for the commission, waiting for approval for each stage, and do not want to give false hope for my work speed. If you have a strict deadline, please let me know and I will work around it!USE
I do NOT give consent for my work to be used unethically, such as minting for cryptocurrency like NFTs. I also do not give consent for my work to be used in any AI generation.
I give consent for you to print your own personal versions of my work, but other printings/productions would require licensing. I also ask that you would link credit to my social medias or commissioning platforms if posting about it.REFUNDS
If I cannot complete the request within ninety (90) days, I will issue a full refund. This is my only refund clause.COMMUNICATION
